I wanted to write this article as a follow-up or add-on to my “How You Can Get Rich Quick” article I put up last week. My idea for this is to try and figure out why we, as humans, fall for Ponzi schemes. I have a ton of questions and can only think of a few things that can explain why people jump into such schemes.

Ever since July 2012, I have been focusing on building my savings account, my investments, and my net worth. I was getting ready for tax season and decided to download my interest earnings from my regular big bank. It was after I logged in that I realized how bad of an interest rate my small savings account had. It blew me away how banks can get away with this.
